- The Scott Wilson Group was originally established in 1954 by
the merger of two partnerships: Scott and Wilson, which was founded
in 1945, and Sir Cyril Kirkpatrick & Partners founded in
1924.
- On 15 March 2006, Scott Wilson Group plc was admitted to
the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
- Scott Wilson has expanded rapidly and has a global network of
offices in some 80 locations.

operating divisions: UK Central, UK South, Scotland & Ireland,
