Scott Wilson's Environment team provides sustainable solutions to meet our clients' many needs.  We focus particularly on the formulation and appraisal of policy, on development projects and on the management of existing businesses, industry and estates.  In the development sector we have expertise on a full range of development types from major infrastructure schemes (ports, roads, airports, bridges, railways etc) to residential projects to natural environmental improvement schemes. Almost all development projects have an impact on the environment and the challenge to developers is to deliver the requirements of a scheme while controlling adverse effects. To achieve this, a special understanding is required of how the scheme will be built and operated, the sensitivity of the local environment, and how it will be affected.
