Scott Wilson is a market leader in the provision of multi-disciplinary services to the Railway sector, currently employing in excess of 500 staff with a turnover of £43m. Approximately 70% of our turnover is based on major multi-functional projects. We provide consultancy services that cover all aspects of rail infrastructure planning, design, project management, construction supervision and rail maintenance.

Our range of services has grown to more than 20 disciplines including civil and structural engineering, construction management, environmental services, geotechnical services, permanent way, project management, railway electrification and power engineering, safety training, signalling and telecommunications, track-bed investigations, tunnelling, railway consultancy and operational modelling.

Our unique strength is gained from a blend of specialist multi-disciplinary railway engineering skills allowing us to provide a truly integrated solution for our clients. To support these skills Scott Wilson has developed effective working relationships with strategic partners to enable us to offer further specialist services as required.  In addition we are able to utilise the extensive breadth of planning, environment and management expertise available from within the Scott Wilson Group.
