For Scott Wilson the Residential sub-sector has experienced
significant growth over recent years and now forms a major
proportion (approximately 45%) of our property market turnover.
Although a competitive market, we intend to improve our profile and
market share through developing a property brand that will be
recognised internationally.
- The Residential sub-sector turnover has been boosted by some
50%, primarily as a result of the acquisition of Cameron
Taylor.
- New services are being developed to meet the needs of
Government initiatives with respect to carbon management and
sustainability.
- Building Services/M&E and Planning Services are now offered
internationally from China, serving markets in the Middle East and
India region - commencing with Abu Dhabi, where key staff are being
stationed.
- Multi-disciplinary service offering.
- Understanding and expertise/experience in the regeneration
process.
- Reputation on credibility from long-standing relationships with
English Partnerships and Regional Development Agencies.
